Are BILLY shoes machine washable? If you are to wash your shoes, we recommend spot washing by hand. We do not recommend putting your shoes in a washing machine.

"I originally returned a pair of shoes that ripped after 30 days, Rachel from customer service went ABOVE & BEYOND providing different solutions due to my son's needs. I am pleased to say we did reach a resolution & it was due to her willingness to assist and politeness, professionalism, even throughout the weekend. "I really like the quality of these shoes over the Classic style. A lot more support and cushioning for the AFO’s. I do suggest making the shoe laces a little longer because when you have to loosen them to fit the AFO’s , I always end up having to tie a knot at the top because there isn’t enough shoe lace left to tie it in a regular bow. Also, if the zipper came down lower like it is on the classic shoe, it would make putting the shoe on a lot easier."
